Battle was never engaged as rebel forces retreated southeast to the Big Meadows of western Greenbrier County.Aside from Buster's and nearby Myles' Knob, other summits on Sewell Mountain include Ford Knob (elev. 3,360 ft.), and Walnut Knob (elev. 3,442 ft.)
