Cold Knob Mountain

Cold Knob Mountain, in western Greenbrier County, is among the southernmost of the Allegheny Mountains. Rising to more than 4,000 feet, the southeastern end of the mountain is part of the Allegheny Front. An overlook on Cold Knob, thereat, provides a spectacular view of the valley of the Greenbrier River to the south and east.
