Hinton Sidetrack Park

At Hinton, WV, in Summers County, Hinton City Sidetrack Park is a small municipal day-use park on Front Street between Third and Fourth avenues. During the summer months, the park's Wildwater Express Waterslide is a popular recreational amenity. The park takes its name for side tracks of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway that routed through warehousing areas in Hinton. A volleyball court and picnic area with a gazebo are also located within the park.
