Huff Mountain

Huff Mountain, in Wyoming County west of Oceana, West Virginia, rises more than 2,000 feet for much of its length. Atop its crest, Burning Rock contains vents through which warm air escapes in spring, melting light snowfall. The landmark may have been removed by mountaintop removal mining.
