Lone Cedar, WV in northern Jackson County, is an unincorporated community, or hamlet, located along the Ohio River north of Ravenswood, WV.

The community name may refer to the location of a solitary red cedar, an evergreen rare, and thus conspicuous, among the central hills of the Ohio Valley in West Virginia.
