Paden City, West Virginia

A community in Tyler and Wetzel Counties, Paden City was incorporated in 1916 and named for the family of Obediah Paden, an early settler, who made the first settlement on the site of present-day Paden City in 1790. Paden was among the earliest settlers of the Ohio Valley.
