Patterson Creek Mountain
Patterson Creek Mountain, west of Moorefield, West Virginia, forms the high western wall of the beautiful South Branch Valley. Much of the common border of Grant County and Hardy County and Mineral County and Hampshire County follows the crest of the mountain southeast to northwest across West Virginia's eastern panhandle. The mountain is part of the Appalachian Valley & Ridge Region.
