Sandstone Falls State Park (historical)

A 71 acre park that once existed at Sandstone, WV (map (http://www.wvamaps.com/maps/index.php?place=Sandstone%20Falls%20State%20Park%20(historical)&state=WV&lon=-80.9025&lat=37.7597&pop=0&elev=0&county=Raleigh)). The 1979 West Virginia Blue Book noted that the park was still in the development stages. The park was named for the sandstone falls of the New River which are located within the park boundaries.
