Spruce Mountain

At least two geographic features in West Virginia have been named Spruce Mountain:
Spruce Mountain in Pendleton County lies on the Allegheny Front. West Virginia's highest peak, Spruce Knob rises on the crest of the mountain.
Spruce Mountain in Raleigh County is a southern extension of Paint Creek Mountain, and divides the drainage of Paint Creek, a tributary of Kanawha River, from that of the Clear Fork of Coal River.
