Upper Falls

From West Virginia (WV) Cyclopedia

The Upper Falls of the Coal River, in Kanawha County, 1.5 miles southwest of St. Albans, drop 15 feet over a sandstone shelf and lend their name to the community of Upper Falls, WV, also known as Tornado.
